I started training with Alex as part of my recovery post a full hip replacement surgery. Was the best thing I did and not looked back since. Alex has been an AWsome trainer and motivator. I used these guys under the guidance of Alex to build strength and deal with persistent back pain. The programming was simple, focused, and progressive. My lifts have improved across the board and the back pain has resolved. He explains technique clearly and keeps each session efficient and safe. I came to the team having had a not-so-great experience with a past trainer and a bad relationship with exercise and I am happy to say that while I don’t love exercise I no longer dread it.
