How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First and foremost we get to know the client, taking into account any dietary requirements, cultural considerations and guests attending.
We also check the facilities available and the setting for the event, before creating the menu to ensure it is appropriate for the venue and that we are able to be deliver the menu to a high standard, for that particular venue.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new and interesting people. Catering in a variety of venues and settings. The creativity involved in creating different menu concepts and working with themes or new and modern food trends.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started our catering business to be able to work together and fit in with our family life, whilst raising our children.
