I started in Nov-23 working very long hours and struggling to find any time to do anything besides work. I started training with Dani as i wanted to do something for myself and get fit. Dani was tough enough but also understanding - 7 months later i am about to run a half marathon (despite when starting with Dani not being able to run 1km), feel fabulous and feel a lot better overall.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We focus on all things related to your fitness goals. From training to tracking nutrition.. it's all important. We also believe that less is more, so we keep the process simple for our people to understand. We specialise in beginners so if you think you don't have enough experience, think again!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
consistency consistency CONSISTENCY. It's okay to enjoy life while you work towards your fitness goals. You absolutely DO NOT have to deprive yourself of the things you love in life because you are on your fitness journey. The most important thing if consistency. It's also important to note that every week will be different. If you gave only 40% on a day that you could only muster 40%, then you gave 100%. Think long term.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others achieve greatness after hearing them telling me they can't. So often in the beginning of our training, they will say how much they can't do something or they suck at it. I couldn't swim 25m in a pool and then went on to complete an Ironman 2 years later. I know the feeling of being inside of your own head and I teach my clients to overcome that on a daily basis.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been helping people lose weight and tone up for many years around Melbourne in many different gyms. Just over a year ago I went off on my own under my own brand. I work every day to grow my business and help as many people as I can.

I know what it feels like to start something new. I understand how daunting it can be to trust in someone you don't really know, in an industry that can be incredibly overwhelming. I specialise in beginners only and have had client lose up to 40kg and who are thriving because of it. If you want to FEEL good, and take control of your health for not only the next 12 weeks but for the next 25+ YEARS, then I would love to help you set your routine straight.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We clean our gym equipment often and train some of our clients outside in the fresh air. Most apartment complex gyms also have their strict cleaning protocols on site.
Mobile Personal Training
We come to your location with all equipment provided and take you thorough either a 45/60 minute session. This option includes your free health and movement assessment, access to my app and programming outside of our session/s.
Online Coaching
Coaching is done 100% remotely. This option includes a a free health & movement assessment, weekly check ins, full access to my app, daily support, technique review videos.
