What do you love most about your job?
I love helping driven professionals finally give themselves permission to lead with confidence. Whether it’s clarifying a tough decision, navigating a leadership leap, or finding their voice in high-stakes spaces—being part of that shift is incredibly rewarding. Watching someone go from stuck to strategic in just one session is why I do what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years in Learning and Development and working inside organisations, I saw a gap where so many high performers were expected to lead without the support to do it well or sustainably. I started my business to offer focused, practical coaching that helps people lead with clarity, not just push through with grit. I wanted to create a space where strategy meets self-trust, because that’s where real growth happens.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All online coaching sessions are delivered via secure video conferencing to prioritise your health, flexibility, and convenience. This remote setup allows for a fully confidential and personalised experience. I also offer in-person events or sessions, and I follow current health guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all participants.
