Dotsquares was selected as the software development company to help with the design and development of a simple ASP.NET web application with an SQL Server backend that enables single login functionality. The initial request was to evaluate the performance and delivery of the requirement. The plan was to proceed with the team if they perform satisfactorily and pricing remains acceptable. The project started in September 2025 with an initial 1-week engagement which we have used to perform our evaluation and decision to proceed with the team. I am very pleased to note that we are now embarking on Phase 4 of the development continuously adding new functionality and improvements. The team I am working with are Arjita Mathur project manager, Aniket Joshi senior business analyst and Rupesh kumar Prajapati developer. The team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, the project management and the quality of coding was very good and consistent. The team not only develop what was required but also suggested improvements which has enriched the initial functions of the solution. Their response to any troubleshooting was without delays. The team’s communication is clear, and they will very quickly clarify any points I may not be clear on. This has contributed to quick turn-around of changes or updates with minimal to no rework. The team has engaged with the project deliverables as if it is their own which is very important in my view as it demonstrates to me that they do the work not for personal gain but rather to satisfy my requirements as their client, I see them as part of our team. I am truly impressed with the team’s exceptional work ethic and focus on helping me to achieve the outcomes I need. Important, the team helped me to focus on the business outcomes of my solution and they don’t blindly follow what you are saying. Which is super important.
