From there, we define structure, features, and growth paths, always keeping things lean and realistic.

After more than 15 years in software factories and product teams, I saw how often small businesses were underserved given templates or generic solutions that didn’t reflect who they really were. I started Doop to give them something better: honest guidance, flexible tech, and a design process rooted in their goals, not mine.

Because I don’t just build websites, I help you figure out what you actually need, what’s worth investing in, and what can wait. I’m honest, strategic, and hands-on. Whether we’re refining your message, automating tasks, or launching an MVP, I stay close to your real priorities and team rhythm.

Yes, I work entirely remotely from Sydney with clients across Australia and abroad. We use Jitsi, Notion, and collaborative tools to keep everything transparent and efficient. If needed, I can match your schedule or timezone while we have a team in europe and another in South America. I also work async to be present in key meetings.

I run most of my process remotely, using collaborative tools to streamline everything from discovery to delivery. That said, I genuinely enjoy working face-to-face again post-Covid, especially when helping clients in Sydney plan and shape their projects in detail. I occasionally travel to Melbourne too, when a project calls for it. Always happy to adapt to what makes you feel most comfortable.
