Describe your creative process.
1, We would discuss with you what they want to acheive and whether (in our opinion) what you are after, is acheivable.
2. We would discuss the timeframe, the budget and all your expectations regarding the delivery of our products and services.
3. Upon confirmation that you are ready to proceed, we would then put together an extensive proposal detailing what the project encompasses, the cost, what's included, what is optional, the timeframe and what we expect from you, in order to complete the project, on time and on budget.
4. Once we have agreement regarding the project (both ways) and initial payment is made we would commence work on the project.
5. We always provide a weekly update so that you will be 'up to speed' with exactly where we are at with the project.
6. We will then deliver your project on time and on budget as agreed.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We want to know your expectations, your budget, your timeframe, your likes , your dislikes so that we can provide first time, what you are looking for. So often people are disatisfied because, it takes so long (sometimes not at all) to provide what a client has in mind for their project. Its very important to our team at DSG, that we have a very full and complete undertanding of exactly what you are looking for and what you would describe a successful outcome to project. We can then deliver your successful project on time and on budget just the way you want it, as we start and finish 'on the same page'.
