What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The secret to taking a great photograph is to adapt to the subject and context, thus always be open for the unknown and unexpected, and not come with preconceived ideas and formulas. Also, mastering the light is key.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What would you like the end result to look like, and do you trust me enough to add to that.
What do you love most about your job?
It's the joy that people experience when looking at the photos, and knowing they'll enjoy them for many years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always enjoyed taking photos but starting my own business was built gradually and organically.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a LOT of experience shooting people and I've only had wonderful feedback from my clients over the last 10 years. I usually build relationships with then that last far beyond the shoot, and they hire me for all their life milestones.
Also, I come from Paris which means I bring a European sensitivity and perspective to the way I see the world.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
In person only, as photography can't be done online. I shoot anywhere in Sydney, or beyond for weddings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I don't touch my clients unless they agree and I wear a mask.
