Xero software setup - $350 once off
Our Accounting Software Setup package is designed to streamline your business operations by setting up your accounting software from scratch. This includes full payroll setup for directors and business owners, ensuring everything is ready for smooth financial management. We exclusively use Xero, providing you with a cloud-based solution that is reliable, user-friendly, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Catch Me Up - $99 per hour
This package is ideal for you if your financial records are in complete disarray. We will evaluate your books and provide you with an estimate of the hours required to bring them up to date. Initially, you will be charged for 10 hours, after which a quote will be issued for any additional work needed.
Start-Up Package - $249 per month
This package is designed for start-up businesses, Sole Traders, or small companies.
This service includes:
- 3 hours Bookkeeping work per month.
Reconciliation of your bank accounts and credit cards using cloud-based software
- Ongoing Account Monitoring – We keep an eye on your books throughout the week, so you don’t have to!
- Email and phone support
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
Small Business Package - $399 per month
This package is designed for Sole Traders or Companies that are registered for GST, It caters to those who are required to lodge activity statements quarterly.
Included Services:
- 5 hours Bookkeeping work per month.
- Reconciliation of your bank accounts and credit cards using cloud-based software
- Ongoing Account Monitoring – We keep an eye on your books throughout the week, so you don’t have to!
- Email and phone support
- Quarterly IAS / BAS Preparation
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Expense claims
Premium Package - $619 per month
This package is tailored for companies registered for GST, with annual turnovers exceeding $150,000 (Excl. GST), and Pay As You Go Withholding (PAYGW).
Services includes:
- 8 hours bookkeeping work per month
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards using cloud-based software
- Ongoing Account Monitoring – We keep an eye on your books throughout the week, so you don’t have to!
