Prior to my work with Damini, i felt a lot more anxious about certain areas of my life in, which was new to me. I was so used to being confident that now that i wasn't in some areas it affected me a lot. Since working with Damini she has given me great insights, actionable steps and advice that has helped me overcome these issues and have started my own business, which has really taken off.

I feel a lot more confident in myself and who I am as a person. Less minor things affect how i feel and I am aware of the subconscious thoughts and can better regulate my feelings.

The recommendations, meditations and advice Damini suggested really made sense to me and they really worked and have improved my life tenfolds.

When I started with Mini, I was feeling stuck along my path and not knowing what I want out of life and how to create goals and a pathway to achieve them. I also found myself stuck in a specific mental and physical energy state due to my roll in running a business in construction and I had no idea what it was and how to shift it. After working with Mini I found a roadmap to finding out what my actual desires in life are, how to simplify them and create a vision board according to these desires. This journey with Damini was an absolute pleasure and guided me through the most turbulent times in my life. I just moved to Australia, and was encountering cultural differences, making up my mind after leaving my country. I lost my clarity of vision and Damini gave so many amazing tools to navigate through this. The last 4 months have been physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually challenging with the death of my father and other personal and family matters. The last 6 months working with Mini have profoundly changed me! Six months ago, I found myself in a dark place, crippled with anxiety and unsure of who I was. I had always struggled finding the right help I needed until I finally took a leap of faith and contacted Mini. I joined Mini's group coaching program that started in November and went over the course of 4 months and it has changed my life! When I first spoke to Mini, a lot of my focus was getting guidance for a lot of relationship problems I was going through at the time, my life was in a state of limbo and I had no routine and discipline. I made decision to work with Damini 4 months ago. During lockdown my working hours reduced and that made me think about my stress, my relationship with my partner and others was not what I wanted and ultimately I started really questioning WHO AM I? . I started to work with Mini when I had separated from my husband, we had been together for over 15 years and 2 small children. Mini was able to open up my reality and make me see beyond the grief, panic and anxiety I was experiencing and giving me the motivation to keep going as I process the trauma. She gave me the confidence to look after me and that you are worthy of creating a life you have desire. I started working with Mini when I was in a particularly deep slump, having recently lost all motivation after covid snatched away my goals just as they were in reach. Peak pandemic lockdown, I had lost all sense of purpose and routine, and Mini helped me get back to the basics, building on foundations that relied on nothing but myself. I started with Mini as I was trying to find someone who could help me with my Anxiety and my Panic Attacks - at least at that moment I thought that was my main issue. I always felt so comfortable, secure and free to talk about everything I was feeling. Mini has helped me with my relationships, insomnia and my understanding of who I fundamentally am . The most important one was to come to an understanding and feeling that I was not defined by any of the things that were happening or will happen in my life. Feeling ok with the flow of my emotions and being happy to be around all my emotions even on my “bad” days. At the end “I” am the only one who can define what is “good” or “bad” and how every single thing that happens in my life will affect me. I feel completely transformed. My whole reality has shifted from burden and stress to energy and lightness. I’ve never worked with a personal coach before, and I started working with Damini when I was feeling overworked and burnt out. It was clear from our sessions that Damini paid close attention to my specific situation and provided me with a tailored programme. I felt improvement at work and in daily life within two weeks, and I could feel the structure of the programme was designed to bring me steady progress. Within a month I was feeling relief from my symptoms and could see balance and energy restored. There is a night and day difference in my reality between now and the beginning of the programme. I found the experience worthwhile for a few reasons. Certainly, having someone to be accountable to is a huge help. By allowing Damini to coach me and by doing the work I have been able to both become aware of hidden attitudes that were holding me back and to challenge them. As a result I have transformed my life in only 8 weeks. I am no longer able to go back to being who I was.
