What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy helping others in difficult situations. This is not only in paid services, but the plethora of free resources and advice we give to those in need.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was not convinced the other companies I worked for did everything for the client. It was more of a numbers game. Creditormate was made to be the friend for a business. Here for advice at any time but also able to lend a hand when required.
Why should our clients choose you?
For real, relational recovery. Call center-type collectors have their place, but for most businesses, this lacks the specificity for their situation. Creditormate gives the options to not only have a swift collection, but show you how it is done and how to avoid debts in the future.
