A great website is a website that represents you and your business in a genuine and professional way. Think of your website as an extension of you or a silent salesperson - it needs to be able to sell when you aren't available, convey confidence in a potential client, answer basic questions to overcome objections and encourage enquiries.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
One of the first questions I ask a potential client before starting their website is, 'What is the main purpose of your website? Do you want it to be an online catalogue or an information resource or an online store or a lead source?'. Once they are clear on this, the layout, design and overall plan comes together more easily and they can be assured that the resulting website will effectively serve their needs.
What do you love most about your job?
I love getting to create a beautiful and functional online design from a blank canvas, as well as being able to learn about different industries and their different website needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for myself enables me to drive the direction of my business entirely and share what I have learned with my clients in my own way. I also get to offer customer service the way I want to - no holds barred, personally assuring all my work, and being able to offer a complete satisfaction guarantee.

Working remotely, I have not needed to create this provision.
