We were using Cherbus and Dust and we were happy with the cleaning until there was damage done to our wall. We understand accidents happen but when we approached Jodhi about it she was extremely rude and condescending and was not willing to do anything to rectify the issue. I would not use them again. Sorry you felt this way Emma, like you said you were over the moon with our Service and continually messaged us so that was great to hear. And just to clarify, the mark is half the width of a pinky fingernail and not even .5 of a deep with a black mark near it. my long-term Cleaner advised that this was there she was going to spot mark the wall if she had time so unfortunately this tiny daughter of Mark was there but unfortunately for you now you will lose our great services because of the Man in which your husband spoke to me, which may have resulted in condescending Tone back for me which is natural to which I ended the conversation because I didn’t want to be spoken to like that and then respectfully declined servicing your home moving forward due to this so there is always two sides of the story. It’s just a shame that you will miss out on our Services moving forward. Sometimes it’s worth picking and choosing your battles.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The great thing about this is, that clients can go out or be in another room. We also use gloves and masks when requested.
