We have a fair idea, having been in the building trade 10 or so years ago, now since retired. We're doing a project on a bay island which adds a few extra complexities, more red tape than back in the day, Shoja Jamali came to our aid, with knowable information, was easily contactable and explained the few changes needed as required for his structural drawings for council approvals.
