Our team conducts thorough inspections, meticulously examining both minor and major defects within the home providing you a comprehensive written report which is fully photographed and emailed within 4 hours of the inspection completion. Building Inspection:
Structural Integrity: The inspector evaluates the condition of the property’s structural elements, including the foundation, walls, roof void, subfloor, floors, and ceilings. Interior and Exterior Features: The inspection covers various interior and exterior components such as doors, windows, stairs, decks, balconies, siding, fences and drainage systems. Any visible defects or maintenance issues are fully documented and detailed.
