In order to keep my rates to an absolute minimum, I provide my services remotely (via phone calls, emails and video meetings).
I can also make arrangements to attend meetings (including negotiations and mediations) and court hearings in person.
Building and Construction Law
I provide expert legal services to assist individuals, small businesses and not-for-profits with their building and construction issues.
I regularly help people with everything from reviewing and advising upon the initial contracts through to resolving any disputes, including relating to problems with invoices and insolvency issues.
Debt Recovery
I assist individuals and businesses to recover debts through legal action (including Letters of Demand, Creditor Statutory Demands and Claims in the Local Courts and Magistrates Courts).
For that service, I only charge as per the regulated scale of costs set by the applicable court, maximising the chance of you being able to recover your legal costs from the debtor.
