What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is watching the “lightbulb moments” when people realise the future isn’t something happening to them, but something they can actively shape. I get to take topics like AI, data and emerging technology and turn them from something intimidating into a source of opportunity. Helping people understand their own capacity to adapt helps leaders and teams feel more confident and better equipped for what’s next and that's incredibly rewarding. I also love the variety – every industry, every audience and every event brings new challenges and fresh ideas.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own speaking and advisory business because I could see a huge gap between the pace of technological change and the pace of human understanding. Organisations were investing in tools, but not always in helping their people adapt, upskill and make sense of what it all meant. I wanted the freedom to focus on that human side of innovation – to build content, frameworks and experiences that genuinely move the needle for clients, rather than just talk about trends. Running my own business also lets me choose projects where I can have the greatest impact on people, culture and the future of work.

Online, I can support everything from a 30–60 minute keynote for global teams, to executive briefings, to a series of shorter sessions focused on adaptability and future‑ready skills. Being based on the East Coast of Australia, I’m used to working across multiple time zones and can schedule sessions to suit international audiences.
