Our Bowie Family has over 32 years of business catering experience as we started in the early 90's and by the late 90's Kapmauri Delights was well established in the South-East Queensland, the first Kapmauri catering business in Brisbane. The term Kapmauri, pronounced (kap-murri) is the general name Torres Strait Islanders have used to describe our way of traditional cooking.

Through years of experienced, we have mastered the art of cooking to perfection while catering with excellence. We really do the best Kapmauris in Brisbane and South East Queensland, try it and see for yourself.
