Staff have been awesome So what we waited all day yes some of us didn’t get into the studio including myself however the staff is good and the owner is good and down to earth and why complain just because you didn’t get in like I get it it’s frustrating but we all took that risk and still got 20% off so?

Terrible time management. Had advertised a free tattoo day, from 10-6PM. Waited 6 hours in line to not receive a tattoo. As a professional tattoo studio that if you choose to advertise free tattoos and people wait 6-7 hours+ just to receive a 20% off discount it’s extremely unprofessional and disappointing as a business to allow people let alone those with their children/kids wait from day to night, you guys should definitely do better especially with organisation when holding an event like this. This could have been solved by simply handing out wristbands and capping it at a certain amount of people such as; for those who were the first 200 in line or similar. A lot of people are not happy. FREE TATTOO DAY - NOPE. Very poorly managed event. People waiting 5-9 hours (we waited 5) only to be told they are taking no more people. 20 minutes before we were told the artists were staying until 8 to get more people in. No communication, they should have cut the line off so people weren't waiting all day for no reason. During the day staff were saying the event would stay later because of the turnout, telling us there were heaps of artists etc. Understand you take a risk coming late that you might miss out but this was pretty bad planning. Was people in wheelchairs, people with babies in prams etc some people hadn't eaten or drunk water all day. Felt bad for the staff as they had to deal with the poor decisions and planning of management. More...

very poorly planned event. Staff where more interested in promoting their raffles and their art that would be available for sale then actually communicating with people who where there for the event about what was happening. found out 30 mins before they ended that half the artists allegedly walked out at around 4pm. very poor time management and planning. was not fair for the people who had been waiting for 8+ hours to be told that we had wasted our day to only get 20% off a future tattoo, or to the artist who volunteered their time More...

We have the chance to not only create the Art that makes us happy, but also the chance to change people's lives by giving them something personal and meaningful they can take everywhere they go for the rest of their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Arcane was created to make a difference in the Tattoo industry. It has so far succeeded. Now with the recent "take over" by Monumental Tattoo, i guess we will be part of something that lives up to the name, MONUMENTAL.
