We were in a very difficult place and were struggling to find someone that could help us with a very complex VCAT guardianship and administratorship hearing.

True experts in this area are hard to find. We'd had dissatisfactory service from another solicitor. An enquiry with the Law Institute of Victoria saw Aitken Partners one of three firms recommended.

I carefully looked into and vetted all of the law firms. The other two firms were not suitable for our needs.

The team at Aitken Partners had to hit the ground running as we were denied an adjournment. They worked night and day to represent us at the hearing in an outstanding manner.

We didn't get the outcome we were hoping for but that was not in any way attributable to the team. The work they put into our case was second to none. They could not have done any better.

Other family members have since engaged them for some other matters that they have also handled beautifully.

I have been involved in the legal industry for over 30 years (in a completely different area). I have seen many excellent law firms and plenty of dodgy ones in action too (as a result I'm very cynical about the legal industry).
