Maru and team are beyond impressive. We had trialled 2 other accounting firms in the past as a business but weren't happy as we got rookie account managers.
they also charged us a premium so the service wasn't acceptable.
PremierOne & Australia Bookkeeping is a breath of fresh air, they go above and beyond to help which really makes a huge difference to a small business such as ours. Maru also gives very sound advice and already saved our business a significant amount!

Yes, we can. Ninety-nine per cent of our services are performed and delivered online or remotely. With a head office in Melbourne, our staff based in Australia and India complete the work.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To prioritize customer safety during COVID-19, we shifted to remote services, embraced digital transactions, and conducted virtual meetings. Our office follows strict sanitization protocols and adheres to local guidelines. We communicate safety measures clearly, and our team is trained to ensure a secure client experience. Now that the pandemic is over, we have ceased the remote operations.
