have been training with Michael for about 2 years in a group session with my husband and a couple of friends and absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting to increase their fitness and learn how to really enjoy their training.
Every session is thoughtfully planned out for everyone involved to get the most out of their workout. Michael is very knowledgeable especially when it comes to planning the correct exercises for you if you are carrying any injuries.
Hook forward to all of our workouts, knowing that when we are done Michael has pushed me to give 120% and there really is no better than feeling you have given it your all after training!

Each piece of equipment is wiped down and sanitized thoroughly after each individual session.
Hand sanitizer and masks are also available if the client requests them.

I was involved with the Newcastle Knights u/18’s squad and in that time I gained so much knowledge and experience from being in such an elite environment, that I knew the fitness industry was a career I had to pursue.
