Kaleb Singh is a Melbourne-based personal trainer and strength coach who specialises in helping everyday people build strong bodies and stronger mindsets. Originally from Auckland, Kaleb turned to fitness as a teenager looking to transform his own life—both physically and mentally. What began as a way to gain confidence evolved into a lifelong passion, and over the past eight years, he has built a thriving business: Movement and Strength Systems.

Kaleb works with a wide range of clients, from beginners to experienced lifters, including parents, busy professionals, and even a 78-year-old new to strength training. His approach goes far beyond reps and sets—he focuses on the deeper benefits of structure, confidence, and mental resilience. With a philosophy that “no one really needs a PT for workouts, but everyone benefits from having someone who genuinely cares,” Kaleb offers coaching that’s as much about connection as it is about performance.
