About

UzeIt Fitness began in April 2020 after the franchised business I was operating closed due to Covid 19 restrictions. We immediately pivoted to online training via zoom while in lockdown and are now back outdoors.

UzeIt Fitness caters for all fitness levels however we specialise in training over 40s and those returning to exercise after a break.

Penny is great with not only teaching but leading by example - she's an inspiration to us. She has adapted really well to the challenge of teaching us via zoom with great lesson plans, virtual coffee catch up and supporting us with equipment.

I am more than happy to recommend Penny as a PT trainer. I have been training with Penny for the last 12 months on a regular basis and have found that she engages with her clients in a professional manner, with passion and enthusiasm at all times. I have been training with Penny for about 15 months. When I started I was 16 kgs heavier, could not do a sit up, could not do 5 star jumps in a row and could barely run. Penny very patiently and encouragingly turned all that around. Penny and everyone who trains with UzeIt fitness are soo supportive and encouraging! We have a really positive vibe at all the sessions. I love the variety of types of sessions Penny offers. Training in Iso has been magic as well. Zoom linked and working out in the bedroom! I love training with Penny and have done for many years. She genuinely cares about the fitness and well being of all her clients and it shows.
