Jodie set up our website as well as our G-Suite including 3 email addresses, linking the Secretary's address to the website enquiry. She did all the troubleshooting for us. What makes a great website?
A great website needs to be functional, easy to navigate and update (even if you are tech challenged) and it needs to convert. Sites should now be built for mobile first, then adaptive to the larger screen tablets and desktops. That's what Google loves!! Yes, we left out visually appealing as now that goes without stating! No more ugly websites...
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What is the vision they have for their business? What message do they want to share for their business, service, product? That will help with the design and look of the website or story the video message will convey. Definite need to knows would be the time frame for completion, budget, and what additional features they would like eg. eCommerce, Academy for eLearning / membership site, PWA, Messenger Chatbots, proposals, invoicing, etc.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Always helping other businesses shine working behind the scenes, I thrived on the challenges though I felt limited as an employee. I wanted to continue what I enjoy doing, helping businesses shine and share their message, but have the flexibility as the business owner to tailor our products and services with a bit of Swiss Fish!

Of course! Most of our clients are outside of our geographical radius! We currently service clients throughout Australia, New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom. Being an online business we welcome clients worldwide. As we are an Australian business, all pricing is in AUD (which just quietly our USA & UK clients benefit thanks to the currency exchange rates!)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Business is primarily online. We have helped small businesses add eCommerce to their brick & mortar store, given early access to our Academy module to create eLearning courses, and for the cafes and restaurants, created online menus and food ordering enabling businesses to continue operation during this covid situation.
