I took a personal challenge to try Muay Thai for 30 days. Today is my last session and I have had a blast! It has increased my cardiovascular, improved my mind and body coordination and enhanced my strength, core and hip mobility. A special thanks to trainer Simon and Kru San from Thailand. More...
