Hector and Ola Lola were nothing but professional when we hired them for our small and intimate wedding. The food was delicious, fresh and abundant leaving our guests with a full stomach and a smile on their dial. Hector was even kind enough to feed our other staff and he even left plenty of left over paella for the next day including instructions on how to effectively reheat it!
