How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By creating a plan and setting a goal. From there I monitor my clients progress by checking in on them when they are not training. Mostly I help my clients reach their goals by supporting them through the journey and also pushing them past their limits without breaking them.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Sleep right! Eat right! Train right!
I prefer the method of training to be quick but intense. Also having consistency is key! To show results, we all need to give it a few good weeks of consistent training in order to show results.
What do you love most about your job?
I love watching people reach their goals and exceeding their own expectations!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a former athlete and also had a father who was a coach. Training ran in my family and I never stopped.

My clients should choose me as I am very personable. I am professional but at the same time I have a very outgoing and encouraging personality. Also being the industry for a long time I believe I can help my clients reach their goals and learn techniques quite quickly.

Yes I offer online training in the form of bag work and technique.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Frequent cleaning and sanitation. Log book registry for my clients. There is no contact and predominantly all pad work or weights training. I also only have max 4 people in my venue.
Quick 30
Quick 30 is a 30 minute PT session that is aimed at getting the heart rate up and burn calories.
This is for people that prefer short workouts based on boxing/kickboxing and weight training. This depends on the clients goals.
The 45
The 45 is a 45 minute session that is aimed at those who prefer longer workouts and those who want to dial in on technique. Depending on the clients goals and expectations this session can be either boxing/kickboxing/weight training or a mixture of all.
Intensive 60
Intensive is a 1 hour session that is full of technique, cardio and is perfect for those who really want to learn the art of boxing/kickboxing. This is great for those who want to progress into sparring for fun/self defence or competition.
