What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy working with a diverse range of people and helping them to solve their problems.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Previously having worked in a community legal centre, I enjoy working for myself, and being able to organise my time around my clients' needs. This gives more flexibility to be where I need to be for the clients, than working for another company would give me.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have long experience of many aspects of Australian immigration and citizenship issues. We are client focused and will explain to you in detail what your situation is and how we evaluate your chances of success. We are also good at devising strategies in cases where the way forward is not clear.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, we can provide all services online and can work for you, wherever you are. Our clients currently are based in all Australian states and throughout the the world, from the UK and Europe, Asia, the US, South America, Canada, the Middle East, Africa and the Pacific Islands. Apps/Platforms we can use to communicate with you include Zoom, Microsoft teams, Skype, Whatsapp, WeChat or Messenger. We can arrange online or telephone interpreters where needed. Most immigration matters including visa and other applications can be managed wholly online, and where this is not possible, we will still find ways to make things as easy as possible for you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have moved away from in person consultations over the course of the pandemic and are happy to help you adjust to the technology needed to engage with us, as well as with the Department of Home Affairs and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal or other forums.
