Steve's service was good at the beginning until it no longer existed.
Asking him to come back and reassess the work he has completed is a mission.
I have contacted him numerous times with him promising to come and no one appears. He gives guarantees that he does not keep to and he says he will provide it in writing but never does.
PLEASE don't use the company unless you have a written contract with them and that they will return if there are any issues.
