What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have the following protocols in place for all clients/guests accessing the centre:
All clients/guests must:
Wear a mask upon entering the building
Sign in at reception
Have their temperature taken
Sanitise their hands
Masks are mandatory in all common areas of the centre
Social Distancing signage is up on all entry doors and common areas
In the event of a COVID-19 case being reported at the centre:
Our COVID19 help desk team is contacted immediately and advised that a case has been reported at the centre
A centre cleaning is booked.
All clients are contacted and advised that a case has been reported
Landlords are contacted and advised that a case has been reported
The centre is evacuated
A specialised team of cleaners is brought in to deep clean the centre - upon completion a certificate is sent to the centre confirming that the centre has been disinfected.
Once done all clients are contacted and advised that the centre has been cleaned and that it is safe to return to work.
Though office space available, we prefer digital solution of which we are champions.
