Nobody can survive without client and business factor in service industry better know before it’s late. Hiring someone for SOS is not that big issue as far as you know what’s missing. They don’t know others are still having TDS and still have online payment mode they don’t have much time with their own complicated payment modes. Sitepad is awesome for some one with no Web Design experience, However due to the 200 meg media limit you could barley make a garage sale site off it. So like any other customer i decided to reach out and contact support. And that is where it all went down hill, So following what sitepad recommends filing a support ticket sounds simple rite???? Well its not after i submitted one ticket i noticed my E-mail box growing and growing as the system keeps making new support tickets. So i had to black list the sales E-Mail address the only address sitepad has listed. So i figured id google search the issue and i find this forum where the last post was made in December 2017 so i took it on my self to make a post found here. www .softaculous. com/board/index.php?tid=13311&title=Media_usage_size after posting my question i go to click on the Sitepad Dev's name and BEHOLD all member and profile listings are blocked. All i wanted was a little help NOW DAYS LATER IM UP TO OVER 360 SUPPORT TICKETS AND GROWING. If you expect to find a phone number or a easy way to reach Sitepad guess again NO SUPPORT GIVEN. All I wanted to do was make a okish website using this builder that is over all very nice. But since there is a 200 Meg media usage and no support. RUN AND HIDE You can go to joomla and find many many many site builders out there that will not hold you back like this. Since i know that i may get a answer if i post on the facebook maybe . And to any one out there reading this think again if you are forced to buy this service, If it comes with your host like a few do then its whatever and good luck trying to get a hold of these guys. By implementing Cloud based accounting systems as well as AI systems for document uploads during lockdown, my hours reduced dramatically so I had to get more clients instead of depending on one large group.

I work on both Sage and Xero Cloud based systems so prefer working remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
By working remotely and only meeting via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, we no longer are in direct contact with one another.

Whether you go the Cloud route or not, I can operate remotely to keep your bookkeeping up to date. We can negotiate a flat rate per month or work on an hourly rate, whatever is best for you.
