Roofing Installation or Replacement
We approached Kingpin Roofing to repair leaks/replace a portion of roof between a Flatlet and a Storeroom. They assured us that repairing of the leaks should be sufficient. After completion, we were proudly told that they actually did extra work to repair the leaks. The roof is still leaking (since beginning of Nov 2025) and even after reaching out multiple times, they have still not come out to repair the remaining leaks, and now they're not even responding to my messages. Their 10-year warranty doesn't mean anything if they are not even committing to dates for repairs. More...

Roofing Installation or Replacement
I DO NOT RECOMMEND KINGPIN ROOFING.
I hired Steve to fix my wendy house roof and install a ceiling. He also suggested I replace my IBR sheets and I was happy to pay for this extra work.
He did install the roof and ceiling, but didn't finish the work. He since disappeared with a sample of my IBR and the money I paid him for materials and kept promising to come back since September 2025. Now he is MIA and not responding to my calls or messages and won't return my money.

Steve waterproofed my entire house in June 2024 and in Feb 2025, the house was leaking badly, I called Steve as the leak is really bad. He first promised to come and never did, he asked me to send him picture of where its leaking and I did...he stopped taking my calls. Good day.We always honour our guarantee. This customer paid for waterproofing only over the bathroom and flashings over the kitchen to the value of R 4000 .She phoned us for leaks coming through under her tiles a year later on the back side of her house,which was not quoted for.We did also go out to tend to those leaks free of charge.
