Always pleasant, aside from parking ticket machine issues. Would appreciate if all machines worked and if parking validation/ tariff exemption for spending R200+ in a single store were offered, or for those entering/ leaving/ paying at peak times having a R500 minimum for the same privilege. Just a thought.

The mall itself is lovely, but the parking machines are forever faulty. There is literally never a time when all all of them are working. We have not had loadshedding in almost a year, so this cannot be the excuse. The help desk "assistants" are phenomenally rude, excelling at yelling at you and then throwing the phone down in your ear, issue unresolved. I understand that they must be frustrated as the machines are CONSISTENTLY broken, but surely this is no way to treat paying clients. I can ONLY come to this mall when I can stomach dealing with these parking stations and the impolite staff who man them. There are little malls everywhere that offer similiar stores WITH FREE parking. Go there instead. More...
