Thank you doctor Samantha because during the treatment of several months senses no longer feel depressed. Indra is now able to communicate with friends and family again, and is also able to carry out daily activities. senses now also feel happy through hobbies, also have started to have the motivation to do the job. the senses are already able to regulate feelings when something does not match expectations.

I started my therapy journey with the intention to work on my fear of flights. I thought therapy was something we could work on ourselves without a guided help, but I was wrong. Dr Samantha has been a great therapist to help me with my issues. I ended up discovering so many other issues and trauma that I had internalised and not worked on. I can say with certainty that Dr Samantha has helped me clear out my negative thoughts and think more objectively. It was very easy to open up to her and she knows all the right questions to ask. I am able to work on my negative emotions as they occur and feel more positive than I was before. I think it has not just helped me, but people in my life as well.
