What I love most about my job is the satisfaction of providing safe and reliable access solutions to our clients for their construction, maintenance or renovation projects. It's fulfilling to see our work contributing to the successful completion of a project and knowing that we played a crucial role in ensuring the safety of workers and the public. Additionally, I enjoy the challenges that come with managing a business, such as developing innovative solutions, fostering strong relationships with clients and employees, and continuously improving our services and operations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always had a passion for construction and engineering, and I saw an opportunity to provide a high-quality scaffolding service in New Zealand. I noticed that many scaffolding companies in the industry were focused more on quantity than quality, and I wanted to do things differently. I believed that by offering a personalized approach, using the latest technology and equipment, and employing highly skilled and trained workers, I could provide a superior service that would stand out in the market. I was also motivated by the prospect of creating job opportunities for people in my community and contributing to the growth of the local economy. With these goals in mind, I decided to start my own scaffolding business, and it's been an exciting and rewarding journey so far.
