These are Boxfit classes (fitness and for any level), skills classes (teaches skills and technique for any level), fighters (sparring and more advanced skills classes for more experienced people and HIIT (high interval training for any level.

Fighters group classes
These are advanced skills classes along with sparring. Must have experience for these sessions
HIIT group classes
HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. These can be a mixture of body weight classes mixed with weights. No boxing involved in this session.
Boxing Personal Training
We have a range or boxing trainers at the gym that are qualified PTs. Come book a session with them 1 on 1 to boost your boxing knowledge intake and get personalised feedback!
Personal Training Sessions
Come get a 1 on 1 session with our trainer Corey who had extensive knowledge in how to get the best out of your body. He does weights, conditioning, movement, dietary support and much more!
Group sessions
We love spreading what boxing can bring. We run private group sessions for sports groups, businesses and pretty much anyone wanting to give it a go. Come to us or we can come to you!
Youth group classes
We run sessions for kids (8-12 year olds), teen boys and teen girl classes (13-17 year olds).
Classes cover games, fitness and learning the skills of boxing.
