What makes a great website?
It takes a lot of things to make a truly great website. It might not even happen overnight - as often it takes time to get statistics and metrics about how a site is being used by its target market. A good starting point, however, is having specific goals that are matched to call to actions on the website. The site needs to resonate with its target audience, look attractive and professional, load quickly and be free of silly mistakes and errors like typos.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Tell me the 'big picture' of your goals for your business. Not just what you hope the website might do for you, but what you really want to achieve with your business. Whether that be, growing it so you have a team, or setting up recurring revenue so you can take a step back. I want to know the big goals and help you get there.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people and making a real difference to their businesses. My influence on their businesses has often helped to transform the work they are doing and the results they get. They can switch focus to doing the work they really love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business as my goal was to work in a way that aligned with my personal values of fairness, professionalism and honesty. I realised the best way to work for a company the upheld those values, was to create my own.

Experience, knowledge, and excellent reviews on Google. I'm also friendly, reliable, and easy to work with. I have set systems in place so both I and my clients can follow a process to get to a great outcome.

I provide most of my services remotely. However, if clients are within the Canterbury area, I can visit them to assist with training and support.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As I work remotely Covid-19 is not an issue for me, but I did put together a long list of resources my clients could use to help them with their own responses.
