Although we do love the challenging nature of our work from the complexity of a project to the sites with difficult access we mainly love the excitement we get to see in our clients once they see their visions come to fruition.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow all Covid 19 Guidelines set out by the New Zealand Ministry of Health.
New Timber Fence
New Fence includes - Digging post holes, Supply and set posts and brace for concrete, box a mowing strip if required and wanted, supply and place concrete, remove bracing, complete build of fencing materials to homeowners instructions/plans.
Concrete Surface Replacement
*Travel to Site,
*Site setup and establishment.
*Dig out old concrete/pavers/gravel/grass and dirt down 150-250mm and dispose to cleanfill.
*Lay basecourse and compact in layers to correct depth
*Prepare and box driveway/pathway/patio/courtyard with 668 mesh and correct falls.
*Supply and place concrete consist of 13mm aggregate concrete 20-30mpa cement base, all concrete will be 100mm thick broom finish. or another finish the homeowner chooses.
*Take boxing off and cut expansions if/where needed
*Clean area and leave site tidy
*Dis establish site.
Firth Compac III Retaining
*Travel to Site,
*Site setup and establishment.
*Dig out bricks/garden/dirt and dispose to cleanfill keep some spoil on site for back fill.
*Supply and lay basecourse and compact to correct levels for level wall blocks.
*Supply and place all base layers of Compac III straight face blocks and build wall up from there to step down if needed.
*Supply and install Drain coil inside geofabric filter fabric, and cover with drainage metal, put exit out of brick wall and cover with vent.
*Supply and spread 20mm down drainage metal in and around all layers of the block wall
*Spread soil on top of wall to reinstate garden space.
*Clean site and leave tidy
*Disestablish site
Timber Retaining (not engineered)
*Travel to site.
*Site setup & Establishment
*Dismantle existing wall and dispose to tip.(if required)
*Excavate area to make room to build wall keep a little spoil on site
Drainage:
*Supply and install 110mm drainflo coil with geotextile fabric.
*Cut and trench from end of new retaining to existing storm water drain/pipe
*Supply and install new PVC pipe and fittings to new sump pit and connect
*Supply all 10mm down drainage metal.
*Supply and place concrete into trench to reinstate surface. (if required)
Retaining:
*Auger post holes and insert poles and brace ready for concrete.
*Concrete posts in place, use concrete 20-30mpa 13mm aggregate.
*Install 200x50 retaining lagging on posts and complete the retaining wall build.
*If preferred install cap on top of retaining wall
*Start backfilling ensuring drainage is put in at the same time. compacting as you go.
*Spread around any left over soil and dispose of excess.
*Leave site clean and tidy
*Disestablish site
