Heidi brings 20+ years senior leadership experience to her coaching, and a track record of transforming culture in the organisations she worked in prior to setting up her own leadership coaching practice. She works with senior leaders, emerging leaders and business professionals in the public and private sector to facilitate change and grow capability.
She is accredited with a number of 360 and leadership tools that are ideal as a base to provide individuals and teams with insight and learning that lead to tangible outcomes, including the full suite of Human Synergistics leadership, team and organisational culture inventories, MBTI, FIRO-B, and the R@W Resilience at Work Scale.
She has a BBS (Human Resources), Grad. Dip. Arts (Psychology) and studied mediation at the Massey University Dispute Resolution Centre.

Leadership Coaching
We help leaders to gain clarity and confidence, identify old stories that are holding them back, understand their high-performance mindset and create an environment that enables their team to thrive.
We work with a range of tools to provide leaders with insight, supported by one-to-one coaching to improve self-awareness and move the business forward. We recommend a package of 6 or 12 coaching sessions over 4 -12 months depending on your needs.
Team Coaching and Facilitation
We help new and existing teams to establish a strong foundation of trust, clarity and communication. All essential building blocks for high performance. We will take a snapshot of the teams dynamic and it's impact on results. We'll establish goals and identify new practices and behaviours that will support high performance.
We also offer a range of team dynamics workshops to create a thriving team where members are focused on the work that matters for stakeholders, supportive, challenge each others thinking, collaborate across the business, and together deliver great outcomes for the organisation.
