Verve Real Food Catering

Verve catered our October 2019 wedding. I could not fault them. Nicky is so lovely and really easy to deal with, she was quick to reply to any queries we had. Nothing was ever too much trouble, Nicky even helped me out last minute when my glass hire fell through. Professional from start to finish. The food was delicious, and all of our guests kept complimenting it throughout the day, there was also heaps of it so our family got to enjoy the leftovers while we were on our honeymoon. The staff that worked the day were amazing, making sure that everyone was happy with the food. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any friends or family looking for a great caterer. If you are looking for an amazing caterer then look no further nicky was amazing from start to finish. Nicky and her team done a wonderful job at our wedding recently in February. All the guest have complemented how good the food was and I agree it was amazing. Nicky was super easy to deal and met our request of haggis neeps and tatties in her stride nothing was a hassle. Nicky was an absolute god send. She is such a lovely bubbly lady, and right from our first meeting I knew she was the perfect person to cater our wedding in February. She is with you every step of the way and helps you pick your perfect menu and canapés. Her staff are fantastic and friendly and checked on us throughout the day and made sure we were happy. We had Verve Real Food Catering do the catering for our wedding on 21 February 2020. Nicky was an absolute gem right from the start, she is the sweetest, most accommodating lady I have met and she made the whole process and planning for our big day so stress-free and easy! The staff were all fabulous, friendly and went above & beyond to make sure everything went well on the day. Now I can't forget the most important thing.. the FOOD!! My husband and I were having a Greek themed wedding, so we were hoping for a Greek themed menu and wow did Verve deliver! The food was AMAZING, so authentic and traditional. I had so many comments from guests saying it took them back to Greece which is exactly what we were hoping for. Myself, my husband and all of our guests were so happy with the food, it really couldn't have been more delicious! Plus we got all the leftovers which was amazing. Verve catered our wedding in January 2020. Nicky was amazing to deal with right from the get go. When we first met with Nicky she was super lovely but what set her apart from the other companies we had met with was her genuine interest in us as a couple – we didn’t feel like just another couple or business deal. As we have travelled a lot together, we wanted to adapt the menu to incorporate our favourite foods from around the world. The Verve team were very open to this and were happy to do anything we threw at them. The food was absolutely delicious and so many of our guests raved about how amazing it was. We hired Nicky and her team for our at home wedding in Christchurch this November for 100 guests. From the first point of contact, Nicky was amazing and helped us so much. We had a few allergies and vegans and nothing was a problem for Nicky to organise. The food was outstanding. We got married a month ago now and still are getting messages to say how wonderful the food, canapés and dessert was.
