How long have you been in business?
I have been in business for 15 years. I had owned my own Crewcut franchise prior to working as a Quality Assurance Inspector for 5 years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes! I do bring my own equipment and supplies- this includes commercial grade mops, vacuum cleaner, upholstery cleaner and chemicals.
What do you love most about your job?
I find that a good, clean environment can be emotionally calming and uplifting. Prior to owning a cleaning franchise a while back, I received a lot of compliments for being so 'house-proud'. I enjoyed cleaning as it alleviated a lot of stress. One day, a family member had suggested that I start my own cleaning business as I was really good at it and I decided to give it a go. Since then, I have been receiving a lot of praise for my work and that is what I love about my job- seeing my clients happy and recommending me to others. One of my most memorable experiences was cleaning an elderly client's home as she hadn't cleaned her home in 20 years. To have seen her so emotional and happy to see her home look so immaculate- it was very heart-warming.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The compliments I received from family and friends about the way I've kept my house so clean and immaculate
Why should our clients choose you?
Unlike most cleaning businesses- I take accountability for my work. If you are NOT satisfied with my work, I will come back and re-clean your premises until you are SATISFIED with my work. I have never been asked to re-clean as I take a lot of pride in my work.

No. I am a cleaning service and cannot offer my services online. I physically do the job myself :)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
- I do not take on jobs where the client has been sick as I have babies at home. I also do not take on work where I am unwell (any flu-like symptoms).
- I do wear face masks but often that isn't needed as clients have never asked me to wear them
- I sanitise and wash my hands regularly
