What do you love most about your job?
We help clients manage their people online and love seeing their excitement at the improved communication and transparency it has provided.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We had some clients asking us "When can I fire this person". We recognised that the market was missing an easy online tool that would assist managers in performance managing their people from the moment they entered the organisation rather than waiting till there was a major issue.
Why should our clients choose you?
We not only have an online Performance Management tool we also have an HR Company www.hreexec.co.nz and have been helping clients with their staff for over 15 years. We know what businesses need and want to make the responsibility of managing staff easier.

Our service is online however and can be used remotely on laptop, Android and desktop.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We work from home and we have been showing our system to clients new and old online using Zoom and sharing our screen to avoid any risk to health.
