What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
The more detail the better — but everything starts with a conversation. We understand that you'll want to get to know us just as much as we're keen to get to know you. A video call is a great start, where we go from there is up to you.
What do you love most about your job?
Creativity and collaboration is at the core of all that we do. As a team of designers we relish the opportunity to think creatively, solve problems, work collaboratively and deliver quality design that makes an impact.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Typeface was originally established by Martin Hunt in 1997. His founding philosophy was based on three core principles: to create quality design for clients; to establish partnerships based on trust, respect and integrity; and to create solutions that drive businesses forward. It’s a philosophy that we maintain today.

Our team is your strength. We’re a Wellington-based international team and we’re all designers, which means there are no middle managers here. You’ll always deal direct with the designer dedicated to your project.
We’re also committed to collaboration, so while you’ll have a single point of contact, your project will benefit from the care and craft of our entire team.
