Staff are incredibly accomodating. They're very friendly. One staff member has been there for 18 years because she loves working under the current owners. That says a lot! We had the pleasure of staying here whilst we were on holiday from Tauranga. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of activities for the kids to do with a well equiped play ground, inflatable pillow and pedal go karts (absolute favourite with our children).
