Our Spanish family has shown us the methods they use to create truly authentic paella with pure virgin olive oil, vegetable stock and saffron the king of spices.

Peter and Bernie catered at our wedding last weekend and they along with the Paella were fantastic. The set up happened quietly in the background and the Paella was amazing. One guest had goggled what Paella was and isn't a fan of rice but he went back for seconds, possibly for thirds . The leftovers were boxed up and great the next day. We had been to a previous party that the Paella Fella catered for. We were so impressed that when we began to arrange my husbands 50th we contacted Pete and Bernie to see if they could cater for the 80 guests we had coming. From the time the first contact was made to the day after our event they made everything so easy. They were extremely professional, easy to work with and the food was exceptional. They catered for everyone. The food was fresh, full of authentic flavour and plenty for all. Everyone raved about the food. And it was reasonably priced too. I could not recommend them highly enough.
