After being a mother in my 30's, my whole life changed and that included my confidence as well as the way I perceived myself. I was on a verge of an existential breakdown when I decided to look for a Life Coach. It was important that I found someone who ticked few boxes for me; someone who would understand my South Asian upbringing, help me with healing from traumas and has worked with mothers. I found Rashmi through Instagram, I had been following her for awhile and she had a beautiful aura that drew me to look up more about her service. I initially met her in person, where she thoroughly talked me through her Life Coach service. This gave me the confidence to continue my sessions with her. During my Life Coach sessions, Rashmi was very kind, calm, patient and thoroughly explained everything in detail. This was helpful to a mother like myself who also works and is often tired. I'm not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical at first on whether life coaching was going to work for me, but I kept an open mind as my desire for change and finding my identity was greater. However, through her weekly sessions and tasks, I started to see positive shifts of change within myself, my behaviours and my mindset after few weeks. Not only did I notice these changes, but so did the people around me. By the time my 15 sessions were finished, I had clarity on who I was as well as my goals and dreams. I had the confidence to back myself and do things I was afraid to do. I also felt at peace with many of my traumas and my strict upbringing. I truly felt free and that I could really do anything. As a busy woman running my own business in these trying times, finding Rashmi on Instagram was vital to me carrying on in my chosen career. I was struggling with burnout and learning some techniques and having tools to deal with my stress was a completely new experience for me. The burnout to balance session was just what I needed to slow down my thoughts and breathing. I have become more aware of my internal stress triggers and now have ways to combat them before its out of hand. I am Renee and I found Rashmi from The Mind Solace online via Bark.

I chose life coaching with The Mind Solace to boost my confidence, & get assistance to overcome overthinking and anxiety.

Rashmi made me feel very comfortable to talk to and was very supportive of my progress.

She helped me identify my own behavioral patterns and ways to overcome my anxiety, one of which is via meditation. As a result of life coaching from Rashmi, I have been able to improve my social anxiety by learning different methods to cope with this and to stay calm in social situations.

After completing the 3 month private 1:1 mentorship, I feel more comfortable & happier within myself than I did at the beginning.

At first, I was hesitant to join life coaching because I believed no one would understand my anxiety but it has been very helpful.

By the time I decided that I needed to seek help from a life coach, I was desperate for some help to manage my emotions and make long-term positive changes, so that I can focus my energy on nurturing my children and building a loving environment for them. I am Nisha, a wife and a mother to three beautiful children.

Talking about our problems and feelings is an important part of processing and healing, but I never gathered the courage to talk about how I felt. Reading articles or watching videos about how to manage emotions would temporarily address a situation but then something else would happen and I would find myself in a position of struggle again, unsure how to cope with stress and feeling all sad and overwhelmed. This is where Rashmi was recommended to me by a friend. Rashmi managed my struggles using a solution-focused approach. She made me realize that I am more than my thoughts and feelings and with her encouragement, I started living a less stressful life. Now I know that all that I want to achieve starts with believing in myself, loving myself, trusting my intuition and following my heart. Rashmi guided me to see how I can empower myself. She facilitated my growth using my own light and intelligence to build the foundations for leading a peaceful life. Nobody can fix you but there are people who can support you. Rashmi is one such person who is a very kind, caring and approachable person. I am forever grateful for the support and care she has given me.
