What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love being able to use my creativity, experience and vision to bring clients ideas to life, and them be thrilled with what we create.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After experience working with event companies in locations worldwide, and feeling NZ didn't offer the same level of service, I wanted to offer a one-stop-shop to take care of everything my clients needed, and be the one person they dealt with and trusted to provide what they needed.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We can provide our services online and remotely as we offer a really easy online platform, where all the details for your event are recorded, and we upload information, load due dates and reminders. We use this to communicate with you so everything is in the one location, and combined with regular calls, we guide you step by step through the entire process.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a policy in our contract that offers peace of mind, and allows for transfer of deposits and payments (subject to availability) to another date, should their event be cancelled because of government restrictions due to another pandemic or force majeure.
Wedding or Event Planning
For those clients who want us to take care of everything right from the start - from the logistics, to all the planning and styling. This is our most comprehensive service, aimed at removing all the stress as we'll guide you every step of the way. We’ll start by discussing your ideas and find out what’s most important to you. We’ll work closely with you to create the plan and vision for your event, taking care of everything from start to finish. This service is tailored to meet your needs and can include:
- sourcing your venue
- venue site visits
- recommending and booking your main suppliers
- providing guidance, advice and regular communication and meetings
- inviting you to our shared online planning platform, which we'll communicate through, ensuring everything is easily accessible, and providing a step by step guide that we'll oversee and keep updated notes and due dates.
- creating your personalised styling concept, drawing up floor plans, calculating quantities and sourcing all products
- keeping track of your budget and payments
- creating the detailed time-line
- managing your event

Working with us ensures your vision becomes a reality, and we can also be present at your event to ensure it gets off to a smooth start.
Wedding or Event Co-ordination
This service is for those who have sourced and organised all their decor, booked suppliers, and want to hand everything over to an expert to ensure it all comes together. This service begins 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding or event. We’ll meet to discuss your vision, invite you to our shared online platform, create a detailed time-line, co-ordinate timings with your suppliers, and oversee everything on the morning. This service also includes our Setup Service, so we’ll setup your venue beautifully to deliver your vision. For Weddings, we’ll be a calming presence as you arrive to the ceremony, and assist with the timings for your bridal party entrance.
We can also provide a quote for hire & styling items, design and florals.
Florals
Our in-house florists can create all your event or wedding florals in our romantic tumbling style. We source from a range of local, nationwide and international growers, and thoughtfully select beautiful colour combinations, floral varieties and supply venue florals, bridal party florals, and breath-taking installations.
Graphic Design
We can provide a quote for our graphic designer to custom design stationery from invitations, to signage, branding and anything you need for your event.
Hire Collection
We have an extensive collection of hire products that you can book online, or arrange a showroom consultation and we'll help recommend items and put together a complete hire package for your event. You can add florals and our delivery and setup service, and let us setup your venue beautifully.
Wedding & Event Styling
This service is for those who would love to work with a stylist to eliminate all the overwhelming decisions, and let us design the look of your wedding or event, curate all the beautiful elements, and setup then pack-down everything at your venue. This service includes:
- discussing your vision and discovering what’s most important to you.
- providing advice, suggesting ideas and talking through options
- venue site visit to discuss styling options
- developing a personalised concept and a visual proposal
- advice on your floor plan and table layouts
- designing table-scapes and calculating quantities for all decor
- designing your ceremony (for weddings)
- hire of all furniture and decor
- florals
- setup and pack-down
We'll provide a quote for everything needed from invitations, stationery and personalised signage, to furniture & decor, florals, and any custom-made items to make your event truly special.
