What do you love most about your job?
I am very passionate about my work and love how I help people through difficult times and to see them gain the happiness and balance they deserve in life!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working with a broad range of clients has always been a goal of mine. I found that starting my own business meant I was given the opportunity to work with teens, families and individuals.
Why should our clients choose you?
As I am very compassionate and empathetic towards my clients. I believe that helping them recognize their own strengths and abilities leaves them feeling empowered and ready for the challenges of everyday life.

Anxiety, Depression, Low self esteem, Abuse or trauma issues, Inner child work, bullying, relationship issues, conflicts, Lack of direction or purpose and much, much more….​Approaching these struggles Michelle will draw from a variety of techniques, including; Acceptance Commitment therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Inner Child Work, Mindfulness, Assertiveness Training and Person Centered Therapy. (but not limited). Demonstrating a humanistic connection with a non-Judgmental approach, so you feel heard and held.
