I hadn’t done any exercise, other than walking for a while, so I was a bit nervous about starting Pilates. The staff at Studio Rubix soon put my mind at ease. They are all so knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. Being the representative of NZ for the Mrs Universe competition by end of this years is quite challenging as I need to be physically, mentally and emotionally prepared. No gym i'd rather go to than Studio Rubix. They provide an open and friendly environment where there’s often only you and your PT possibly one other person working out preventing the intimidation feeling most gyms experience. The PTs there are super friendly (but push you hard!!) and cater to your needs to best suit you. They also offer a reformer Pilates class which is great at getting all those smaller muscles and is a fun way to mix up your training regimen. More...
